- Project description
- The control system for sewer processing station in Varginha / MG was developed using ELIPSE SCADA supervisory system installed at the lab and operation room from where the entire system is monitored. The overall project is composed by 5 start engines at the QCM electric cabinets with frequency inverters protected by disjunctors for thermic and electromagnetics protection commanded either by Schneider-Electric TWIDO PLC hardware or manually through MMI at the QCM cabinets. All the field instruments are interconnected to the PLC and SCADA system through optical fiber network using MODBUS protocol. It´s also in Icone´s scope of supply the field instrumentation for system construction and assembly as listed below:
- Parshall gutter level meter;
- Tank suction level meter;
- Flow meters.
