- Automation system for controlling and materials identification of arch ovens loading for engine blocks assembling.
The hardware is composed by 4 OCS-200 GE Fanuc interfaces communicating with the SCADA system through Modbus protocol via RS232 serial and radio link.
The SCADA software was developed using Wonderware INTOUCH. - Main activity
- Design and supervision of panels assembly, I/O lists, Memory Map, Logical Diagrams, PLCs Programming, FAT and SAT.
Operational screens building, database configuration, development of operational reports, documentation, training, FAT and SAT.
