- Project description
- Command system, supervision and control of the Marine receiving Terminal, stock and distribution of petroleum derivatives, alcohol and GLP.
- The hardware is composed by Allen-Bradley controllers connected by ControlNet, which 1 PLC is installed in the Terminal, 3 PLCs installed at the Pier and 5 PLCs installed in distributions company communicating via radio or optic fiber links, besides communication with subsystems using Modbus protocol. Ethernet TCP/IP accomplishes the communication with the SCADA system.
- The SCADA System is composed by 2 workstations, using Intellution iFix supervisory software in windows NT plataform, besides 2 data servers, connected through dual Ethernet network.
- Main activity
- Project coordination, cabinets project and assembling supervision, technical documentation ( I/O lists, memory maps, logic diagrams ), PLC programming and configuration, training, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), start-up and Assisted Operation.
